How to make a reservation

The reservation is final upon receipt of the first payment.
The deposit is 30% of the rental price + administration costs + supplement(s) (0.66€/night/pers 18 years and over + service charge 0.54€/night/pers).
When can I pay for my stay?
The balance of the stay must be paid 1 month before your arrival for rentals and pitches.
If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, you must pay the total amount of the stay when you book your accommodation.
Are you VACAF approved?
No, we are not VACAF approved.
Can I change my stay?
Reservations can only be changed on receipt of written notification from the customer (e-mail or post) and subject to availability.
What payment methods are accepted?

Can I take out cancellation insurance?
Yes, we offer cancellation insurance through our partner FFCC (Fédération Française de Camping et de Caravaning). All you need to do is return the membership form you’ll find here, together with payment of €38 for more than one person and €27.20 for a single person (2025 rate) to qualify for a refund.
Can I reserve a particular location/accommodation?
We cannot guarantee in advance the allocation of a specific pitch or of two accommodations side by side.
How many people are allowed in a pitch and/or accommodation?
The maximum capacity is 6 people per pitch. For rentals, the maximum capacity is 4 people for 2-bedroom mobile homes, 6 people for 3-bedroom and 8 people for 4-bedroom models.
No extra people are allowed, and a baby counts as one person.
Are pets allowed?
Pets (except 1st and 2nd category dogs):
- are not accepted in mobile homes and camping pitches.
- are authorized for customers who own their own mobile home
What are the conditions of access to the pool?
The aquatic area is reserved exclusively for campsite customers wearing a bathing suit, swimming trunks or boxer shorts, to the exclusion of all other clothing.
Wearing a wristband is compulsory.
Are barbecues allowed?
Yes, only charcoal barbecues are permitted. Collective barbecues are available opposite the bar.
Is there an Internet connection?
Yes, a WiFi connection is available for a fee at each location.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrivals are from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm in pre-season and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm in summer. Departures before 12pm for pitches and 10am with handover of key at reception for rentals. For late departures, you will be charged €15 for each additional half-hour. The deposit (credit card or cash only – no cheques accepted) will be returned to you within 10 days of inspection by our staff.
What happens if we arrive outside reception opening hours?
It is possible to arrive until 10 pm at the latest. Just let us know by e-mail at contact@camping-atlantique.com. We’ll let you know how to proceed.
However, you will need to report to the bar/restaurant to collect your key and welcome documents.
Do we have to pay a deposit on arrival?
A deposit of €480 is required on arrival, payable by credit card or cash (no cheques accepted).
The full amount of this deposit will be returned to you no later than 15 days after your departure if the accommodation is left clean, less any compensation deducted for any damage caused, unpaid services, loss of keys, delayed departures, etc.
What are the club’s opening hours?
The kids’ club runs every morning, Monday to Friday, from 10am to 12pm for children aged 6 to 10.

Are sheets provided?
Bed linen is not provided. You must bring your own bed linen.
Can several vehicles be parked in the same space?
Only one vehicle per pitch. For a second vehicle, a supplement of 5 €/day or 25 €/week will be asked if the pitch allows it.
How do I get inside the campsite?
The campsite is equipped with a number-plate access control system.
You must have your vehicle registration number to enter the campsite.
Do mobile homes have TV?
Some are equipped with them. Limited quantities, depending on model. The request must be made in advance, without any guarantee that we will be able to assign you a rental with television.
Is it possible to receive mail/packages during our stay?
It’s perfectly possible to receive mail while you’re on vacation by contacting reception.
To receive parcels, you’ll need to show proof of identity.
