Data on festivals and events is collected by a network of partners in a decentralized regional database that meets common standards of quality in the collection, input, formatting, verification and dissemination of information.

Co-financed by the Region and the départements, and co-piloted by the Pays de la Loire Territoires d’Innovation Regional Agency and Offices de Tourisme de France Fédération Régionale Pays de la Loire, the Fédération Régionale des Offices de Tourisme and the Comités Départementaux du Tourisme or Agences de l’Anjou, Loire-Atlantique, Mayenne, Sarthe, Vendée.

The CDT/Agencies own the technical equipment needed to collect, process and manage information, and organize and manage their departmental network.
